By injecting technology and innovation into the traditional practice of combining knitting and weaving, I’ve developed a new form of textile -- a flexible organic material that can be customized in endless ways to create forward-thinking fashion, footwear and design.

 

My technique, which I use in collaboration projects with fashion and retail brands, preforming artists, technology companies, designers, commissioned design and in my ready-to-wear line, creates a multi-dimensional fabric that breathes and moves as part of the design, giving it presence and life. These textiles are an integral part of a product’s design and functionality, addressing the desire for individuality and constant innovation while respecting traditional craft and the qualities of slow-fashion.
